Where is my refund for all my cancelled subscriptions on all 3 of my accounts that I was charged for yearly subscription multiple times per account?

Since the Community is a peer-to-peer user forum, my access to the tools to check your account is limited. To ensure that this issue is properly taken care of, I'd suggest getting in touch with our QuickBooks Online Support. They can pull up your account securely and check the refund for you.

 

To get in touch with our support:

 

  1. Click Help in QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter "Subscription refund" in the description field, then click Let's talk.
  4. Select either Get a callback or Start messaging.

 

Please note some options are only available at certain times. You can reach them within this time: Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Saturday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST.

 

On the other hand, the data of your paid subscription will remain in read-only access for a year. I'd suggest downloading your reports for record-keeping purposes. If you wish to resubscribe, you can refer to this article.
