Hello ckidz1803 and Marciaslp,

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! I will be happy to assist you further. Before we get started, have you tried using these steps below to export that information?

  1. Go to Settings and choose Payroll Settings
  2. Next to Export, select Edit ✎.
  3. Select where you want the export to go and complete the additional fields.
  4. Hit Done twice.

From there, continue with these steps.

  1. Click Payroll then Overview.
  2. From the Shortcuts menu, choose Export.
  3. Locate the transactions to export with the filters.
  4. Select the transactions you want to export, then select Export.

If so, and you are still experiencing issues, let's go ahead and double-check your browser. Open the information in a private browser and try to export that information again. Below are some shortcuts to assist you.

  • Google Chrome:Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If you were able to export the payroll information, this indicates that your cache needs to be cleared. Depending on your browser, follow this link to clear those cache.

Another option could be to use another browser to see if this situation happens on all platforms.

Let me know if you are still experiencing issues! I will be around. See you soon!

The issue is that the "Export" button is no longer showing on the shortcut menu. Where did it go?
