Who can I reach out to migrate my data from desktop to on line version? I ordered 3 new small accounts last month and we have done this yet. Need also to set up login.

I can help you migrate from QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to QuickBooks Online (QBO), @acorin1stame.

First, you’ll need to sign up for a QuickBooks Online account. Once you already have an account, you can now go to your QuickBooks Desktop account and follow the steps below.

Also, make sure that your QuickBooks Desktop account is up-to-date. From here, you can now import your desktop file to QuickBooks Online:

1. Go to the Company menu and choose Export Company File to QuickBooks Online.
2. Click on Start your export and then log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
3. Select the Choose online company▼ dropdown, and choose the QuickBooks Online company you want to be replaced by your company file.
4. Click on Continue.
5. Enter “Agree” in the text field, then select Replace.
6. Select Yes, go ahead and replace the data, then select Replace.

Once you’re done, run a Profit and Loss report in both QBO and QBDT. The reports should match so you can get started with your QBO.

Did you encounter any specific error?

If the file has more than 350,000 targets,  you will need a Supercondense service first through a reliable 3rd party and then you will be able to migrate the data.
