wholesale billing
I am a small accounting firm with approx. 25 clients on my monthly wholesale bill/month for 8 years. I am a one person business/owner and have used QBO & QBO payroll for my clients and their businesses not only since opening my own firm, prior while working for a large CPA firm. I have contacted sales support to remove an erroneous multi state payroll charge from one of my payroll clients subscription that has occured and billed over the past 3 months, December 25, 2023 billing will be the 4th month. I recently have unexpected medical affairs to attend to over the past several months and did not realize the overcharge until today when I contacted support. INTUIT will NOT refund or credit my account for this erroneous charge and I am furious! Customer service states I should know as I pay the wholesale bill and although knowing all "the things" that trigger a multi state requirement and yes, I do! I have been working with QBO since it was birthed almost 20 year ago! Spending 2 hours on the phone with support over the past several months to handle this is unacceptable. This comes from a multi BILLION dollar corporation that refuses to credit back an ACCOUNTANT and PRO Advisor user that utilizes QBO for all my business clients and their specific needs. I am sick to say the least. APPALLED without recourse, other than NOPE INTUIT will NOT Credit Back subscription fees. She also disconnected the call mid conversation as if customer service has no other option to resolve or forward my concerns for further resolution other than to hang up.... I furious and will be writing letter, emailing, etc. to any and all of the QuickBooks and INTUIT contact(s) I have had personal relationships with over the past 17+ years with. I am certainly not happy.
