First, we are unable to access your account information through this public forum. You can chat or schedule a callback with any of our Customer Care Team through the Help icon. An agent can take a look at the charges on your account.

 

Here's how: 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Help menu.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter a keyword about your concern in the How can we help? field.
  5. Hit Continue.
