Is it related to ACH payment or else?

Hi there, smackstudio.

Welcome to QuickBooks Community. I'll ensure to share with you some information about processing fees in QuickBooks.

There's a processing fee once you take payments through QuickBooks Merchant Services. That said, there are changes to QuickBooks Online Payments Bank Transfer (ACH) Deposit Speed and Pricing. ACH payments will deposit the next business day and you'll be charged a 1% transaction fee (max$10) on each transaction. You can always check the QuickBooks Payments website for the latest processing fee rates and pricing.

For additional details on how QuickBooks Payments charges a fee each time you process a transaction, you can open this article: What are the fees for QuickBooks Payments?

If there are any fees/charges you need to clarify, please reach out to our Merchant Services Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and provide you details of your inquiry.

Let me know in the comment section if you have further questions about processing fees or any QBO related. I'm always here, ready to provide explanations. Keep safe.

I was charged $96.00 for a $9600.00 ACH payment. Everywhere I look it’s max $10 but I’m being charged the full 1% of the payment. That means quickbooks is going to get over $20,000.00 this year for nothing. My customers fill in my account number and it doesn’t even go into a quickbooks account. So what is quickbooks doing for my company to receive this money. I pay a monthly subscription fee for the best plan they offer.

If you run a B2B company, you can use a 3rd party processor to integrate with QB and accept ACH payments for free.
