Why am I not able to accept payments on GoToPayment app? Why is it saying update subscription?

I appreciate you providing me with the message GoPayment's showing. When displayed, does it present an option to update your subscription information? Any additional details, or even a screenshot, will be helpful in identifying why it's saying this.
 

What I'd recommend trying is accessing your QuickBooks Payments account through a web browser to make sure all of your required info's on file.
 

Here's how:
1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
2. In the top menu bar, move your cursor over the Account drop-down menu.
3. Select Account Profile.


Now you'll be able to review your details in the Account Holder/Business Information, Deposit Account Information, and Contact Information sections. Make sure all entries are accurate. If you notice any incorrect/missing data, update/add it by clicking Edit, then return to your mobile device and try using GoPayment again. You might need to close and reopen the app to refresh it.
 

In the event you're still seeing this message after checking MSC, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team to further investigate what might need to be updated. They'll have the ability to pull your account up in a secure environment and even create an investigation ticket if necessary.
