Why are all my payroll reports not showing when I click the link for the report? Just goes to blank page...all other reports, other than payroll, seem to work fine?

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps so you can view your payroll reports smoothly.

Before proceeding, make sure there are paychecks created and other payroll information recorded in QBO. This is to ensure you can see the information on the reports.

If yes, access your account using the incognito mode or private window. This type of session doesn't use the existing cache files, which makes it a good place to test if there's an issue with the browser.

Here’s how to bring up private browsing:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

If you’re able to see the details of the payroll reports, clearing the cache will help the browser to fetch the latest version of the webpage. Also, it enhances your browsing experience.

If the issue persists, use a supported browser when viewing reports. For future reference, this article outlines the complete steps on how to browsing issues when visiting Intuit sites: Troubleshooting browser problems.

Keep in touch if you have any other concerns or questions about QBO. I’ll be around to answer them for you. Have a great rest of the day.

I'm having the same issue with quick books 2023 desktop.  it won't compile a report for my payroll.

As your issue is with Desktop, it's not the same issue. It might sound the same, but it's not.
