Why are my invoices created in 2021 not reporting on my Customer Balance Report?

I created invoices dated 1/05/2021. However, these invoices are not showing up on Customer Balance detail report. Why?

It's nice to have you here on the Community page, @arkvalleyinfo.

 

You can customize the reporting period to add the 2021 invoices to your  Customer Balance Report. I can guide you on how.

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, then click on Reports at the left pane.
  2. Open the Customer Balance Detail report.
  3. Set the date to include the 2021 period under the Report period section.
  4. Hit on Run report to refresh the page.
