Why are subcategories not showing up in my PL report by customer anymore?

Hi federico!

 

Thank you for taking the time to post today. Let's check to see why you don't see your subcategories.

 

It could be that the data is collapsed or the items with the categories were not used in a transaction within the date range in the report. You can expand the data and set a wider date range to find out.
