Why are there spaces between the lines that have been collapsed when I print out my Balance Sheet Report (and other reports) and how can I prevent this?

2. Open the QuickBookstoolhub.exe file. It gets saved in the download folder.
3. Accept the license agreement and hit on Install.
4. Click Finish.

From there, let's run the QuickBooks PDF & Print Repair Tool.

Here's how:

1. In the QuickBooks Tool Hub, select the Programs Problems tab.
2. Select QuickBooks PDF & Print Repair Tool.
3. Then, try to print your report again.
