Why are you canceling my subscription?

I never asked it to be canceled. Just got an email that you are cancelling.

Thanks for posting your subscription concern to our care, @Mark2021.

 

One of the reasons why an account gets canceled is due to failure in updating the billing information. Also, it could be that our system wasn't able to recognize the billing address you entered.

 

Let's go ahead and update your payment method one more time:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙, then select Account and Settings.
  2. From the left menu, select Billing Subscription.
  3. Select Edit ✎ beside your payment method.
  4. Update your credit card info.
  5. Make sure the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement.
  6. Once everything’s good, select Confirm card or Save.

 

Additionally, I suggest contacting our Care Support team to verify your account status. They can also check why this was canceled.

 

  1. Click Help from the upper right.
  2. Go to the Search tab and then select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your contact reason and then click Continue.
  4. Choose to Start a chat or get a Callback.
