Why can I not update my credit card information? When I try it tells me to check in as Carolyn Parker which is how I log in.

I know another way on how you can update your credit card information, dppc1.

 

When updating your billing information in QuickBooks, only the master admin or company admin can update the credit card information on file. Since you log in as one of these users, we can try updating the billing information using the Customer Account Maintenance Portal (CAMPs) page.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your camps.intuit.com account.
  2. In the Products & Services list, look for your app or subscription. 
  3. Choose Details.
  4. Find the Payment Method in the Billing Information section.
  5. Hit Edit and update your credit card.
  6. Tick Save and Close.

Once done, go to the Account/Billing Information page in QuickBooks to see the updated billing information.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Employees on the top menu.
  2. Choose My Payroll Service.
  3. Hit Account/Billing Information.
  4. Sign in using your Intuit Account login.
  5. Tap Billing Detail to see the updating credit card information.
