Why can't I open the Sales Tax Liabilty Report?

I know how challenging it is not to be able to open reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, I can see that there's an ongoing investigation (INV-79526) into this issue. Rest assured that our product engineers are working hard to resolve your concern so you can get back to running reports seamlessly. 

For now, I recommend reaching out to our QBO support to be added to the list of affected customers. I'll show you how:

1. On your QBO account, click Help.
2. Click the Search tab and select Contact Us.
3. Enter a brief description of your concern and select Continue.
4. Choose between Chat with us and Have us call you.

After you can open reports, you can customize them to format the layout and show specific customers or accounts.
