Hi, @arkvalleyinfo.

I'm here to take care of your concern today.

The two-step verification is an additional layer that strengthens the security of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. If you don't need this feature with your account, then you have the option to turn it off. Since disabling the option still send you a text message every time you sign in, I recommend clearing your browser cache after the steps. This process helps you fix common issues while working with QuickBooks Online.

Depending on the browser you're using, you can follow the steps provided from this article: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.

From there, you should be able to turn off the option successfully. For additional resources about the two-step security in QBO, you can check out these links:

Once you've opened QuickBooks, you can review the topics from our help articles for more hints and resources while working with your QuickBooks transactions.
