I have no invoices estimates or customers  in the app

Let's start by refreshing the app's data. It's the same as clearing the cache from your web browser. Both save time while loading repetitive data and images by collecting files. They often become outdated or corrupted, causing issues like missing user interfaces. Here's how: 

 

Android

 

  1. Go to More Options 
  2. Click on Settings, then hit Refresh Data.
  3. Select Yes.

 

iOS

 

  1. Go to the Menu ☰.
  2. Choose Help & Feedback.
  3. Click Refresh Data, and then hit Refresh.

 

If the problem persists, we'll need to uninstall and reinstall the application to start fresh.
