Why do bank balances come up differently on the app vs the desktop

Hello, there.

I can assist you with checking your personal bank balance on the mobile app and your business bank balance on QuickBooks.
 
Possibly, your app's bank balance info is not synced, which may cause a difference in the balance shown on your app versus the desktop. Please ensure your app is updated and clear the app's data.
 
Here are some steps for IOS and Android for clearing your App.
 
For IOS:
 
  1. Access your iPhone settings, and select General.
  2. tap on iPhone Storage, then select the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. And Offload App. This action will free up storage space without deleting app data or documents.

 

For Android:
 
  1. Access Menu ☰.
  2. Tap Settings, select Refresh Data,
  3. And confirm by tapping YES.
