Hi @bfreedman. I'll share details about the code needed to login into your account.

In QuickBooks Online, two-factor authentication is intended to provide additional security as a requirement for customers upon login. The window asking you for a code is one of our authentications to make sure it is you, the Master Admin is using the account.

Now there is an option to turn it off directly from your Intuit profile. Just a heads up, even if this feature is turned off, you'll still be asked to enter a code every time you login into a new browser or a new unrecognized device. Let me show you how.

  1. Go to the button next to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Manage your Intuit Account.
  3. Click Manage sign in & security.
  4. On the Two-step verification section, select Turn off.
  5. Complete the verification.

I'm adding this article to learn more about how to turn off multi-factor authentication: How to Set up or Disable two-step Verification for your Intuit Account?

You may also read this reference that'll allow you to manage security settings and keep your account information up-to-date: Account Management in QuickBooks Online.

If there's anything else that I can help you with aside from the login and access to your account, please let me know in the comments below. I'll be here to lend a helping hand. Have a good one!
