WHY DO I NEED TO REDO MY PASSWORD EVERY TIME I LOG IN?????

You don't need to reset it everytime you log in. We just need to make sure that we enter the correct password. Also, please check if you're on the correct login page so it won't give you an error message.

We can troubleshoot it if you're still unable to login because of an error saying it's incorrect credentials. Let's start by using an incognito window when logging in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account. You can also clear the cache since it can cause issues in QuickBooks. 

 

Additionally, make sure that the browser you're using is updated. If you're using the mobile app, you'll want to uninstall and reinstall it.
