Why do my bookmarks disappear?

I added a few bookmarks on my quickbooks online. When I sign out and come back to sign in, they disappear. Is it supposed to be in this way?

Here are the instructions for Google Chrome:

  1. Click the 3-dots ⋮ in the top-right corner to open the menu.
  2. Select Bookmarks and then click Bookmark manager.
  3. From there, locate the QuickBooks Online page.

 I am not talking about bookmarks on browser. The bookmarks on quickbooks online on the leftside menu. When I add bookmarks, they stay while I'm logged in, but some of them disappear once I log out and come back in.

I replicated this on my end. I've tried using the Bookmarks feature and tried to sign out of my account and then log back in, but it works fine.

  1. Click the Help menu.
  2. From the pop-up panel, go to the Search tab.
  3. Click the Contact Us button.
  4. In the text box, type in your concern.
  5. Click Chat with us.
