Why do you have to pay a monthly fee for the app and then also quickboooks online?

Can you clarify what app you're referring to? You can download the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app free for iOS and Android from the App Store or Google Play, respectively, or from the QuickBooks website. If it's a third-party app connected to your account, it may include an additional fee. 

We also offer various applications for any functionality you may need. You can download them through our App Store or within your QBO account.

 Here's how:

1. On the left panel, click Apps.
2. Go to the Find Apps tab.
3. Use the search bar to look for an app.
   
4. Once you find it,  select its tile to see the reviews and pricing.
5. To start the signup process, select Get App Now.
6. Follow the onscreen instructions to install it.
