Why do zeros show in header lines when reports are exported to excel?

It makes the report look very cluttered and not professional. If I want to look better I have to go through and delete which is very time consuming

Hey there, @terris-arrowmcla

It's great to see you back in the Community. Let's work together to see why the headers in your report is showing zeros when exporting to excel.

To clarify, is this happening when exporting any report in your QuickBooks Online account? If not, please provide me with the report name that you're running and exporting. If so, then some troubleshooting steps could help resolve this issue.

Using a private browser or incognito window is an action that could help eliminate any glitches or errors that are occurring. Here's how depending on your browser session:

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer/Firefox: Ctrl + Shift +
  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift +

If this works, go back to your regular session and clear your browser's history. If not, I suggest contacting our Customer Support Team for further assistance.

Keep us updated on what happens with this situation in the end. It's my priority that you're able to get back to running your business. Have a great day!
