I resubscribed through the android app. I have a confirmation from google, and transaction posted to my account. Yet the app and website still ask that I subscribe.

Hi @ronnie-04081987,

Let’s check your account in the browser and make sure that it’s active. Let me show you how to do it.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your account in a browser.
  2. Got to the Gear icon at the top right.
  3. Choose Billing Info.
  4. Select View options. If the option is Subscribe, it’s active.

If it shows active, you can reset the app's data to start a clean slate. If it’s not, you need to resubscribe it in the browser on your billing info page. Also, you can perform a full uninstall and reinstall of the app to refresh the system.

Here's how to reset the app data of your android device:

  1. Go to your phone Settings.
  2. Tap Apps and Notifications.
  3. Look for the QuickBooks Self-Employed app.
  4. Select Reset App Data.

You can check this article for more detailed steps in resolving common errors in QuickBooks Online mobile app: Solve common errors in the mobile app (Android).

You can always go to the Billing info page to easily manage your payment and plan details in the program. To learn more about this menu, check out this article: Update Your QBSE Billing and Subscription Details.

Let me know if you have other questions when using the QuickBooks mobile app features.
