Hi there, BELINDA0701.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Let's go ahead and invite your accountant to give access to your QuickBooks Account. It's super easy. Here's how to do it:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a master admin
  2. Click on the Gear Icon, then Manage Users
  3. Go to the Accounting firms section and enter the accountant email. Then click Invite.

Once done, you're accountant will receive an email with a link for signing in to your company. They will be asked to create a user ID before signing for the first time unless they already have an account with Intuit Business Services. Then the status on the Manage Users page is "Invited." After accepting the invitation, their status changes to "Active, and then click Next and Finish.
