Why does my login not associate with account

If you access an account that you haven't logged into for a year or longer, it's possible that the original information was deleted because of the inactivity. To rectify this, I recommend reaching out to our customer service team so you'll be assisted in a secure environment.

However, if you're constantly accessing the account, please refer to these troubleshooting steps:

1. Verify that you can use the same web browser to log in to other online accounts, such as your email. Doing so will identify if the issue is with the web browser or the internet connection.
2. Disconnect and reconnect your internet connection to check if your internet speed increases. A slow internet speed can occasionally be improved by reconnecting to the internet.
3. If you’re experiencing issues with your internet connection, it may be helpful to reboot your router or modem. It usually fixes connectivity problems and improves a slow connection.
4. Switch to a different internet network instead of your usual network.
