Question

Why does my subscription keep getting cancelled every time i go to resubscribe?

Recently told by a rep that I should go online to re-subscribe, and every time I think the process has completed I get an email saying my subscription is cancelled and money is returned. Even the reps can't figure it out and it's been a week since I heard back from anyone over there after it was 'escalated'.

I'll help you in renewing your account, @lucianoleone.

Once we're unable to resubscribe our QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) subscription expires, we will preserve your company data for 365 days after the cancellation date and the system will automatically mark your company as canceled. To activate it again, we'll just have to click your profile icon and then Billing info. You can also follow these steps to resubscribe.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

2. Click the profile icon and then Billing info.

3. Select View options to see different subscription types.

4. Click Subscribe.

5. Review your billing and payment info.

6. Hit Subscribe.

Once done we'll have to log out and log in again, then check the next charge date. If it's a date in the past, you'll have to contact our Customer Care Team to prevent back-billed charges from occurring.

Here's an article on everything you can do, how to get set up, and how QuickBooks tracks everything throughout the year: QuickBooks Self-Employed Overview.

I'm always here to help if you have any other concerns or questions about managing your QuickBooks account. Just tag my name in the comment section and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Hope you're doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about your QuickBooks subscription you had yesterday. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I'd be happy to help you at any time.

Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
