Why does the mobile app not show everything that I can see on the desktop version?

On the mobile version I can see customer name and pay method only. No history or details. I have had this for many customers.

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. I'll be sharing troubleshooting steps so I can ensure that you're able to see the customer's data in the QuickBooks Online mobile app smoothly.

 

There are times when your QuickBooks mobile app has a lot of data which may cause the software not been working well. Such as being unable to see the customer's transaction history or details. 

 

I recommend refreshing the app data to clear the cache and restore it to its default state. Also, performing this will update the QBO App with the most recent data that is currently available. Please make sure you have a stable internet connection while doing the process.

 

Here's how to refresh data:

 

For Android:

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰, and tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.

 

iOS:

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.
  3. Note: A message appears if there's a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data; refresh it now. It may take a few minutes.
  4. Tap Refresh to confirm.

 

 

If the same thing happens after performing the steps above, I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the QBO application. This is to ensure you get the most recent version of the application.
