Why doesn't my export of a custom (account-specific) report of transactions export transactions from all accounts rather than just the specific account in the report?

Let's perform a browser troubleshooting to isolate the issue.

 

Here's how:

  1. Restart your browser.
  2. Use other browser like Incognito.
  3. Clear your browser’s cache and browsing history.

Once done, we can go back and then customize the report again. Let's check by previewing the report before exporting it.
