Why doesn't QBO have a report that shows my Products and the different Sales Price Levels I have setup for them?

We have "Price #1" we setup when we initially entered the Product into QBO.  Then we did a Price Rule "Price #2" for select customers on all of our products.  Can I get a report that shows both?

I want to let you know that I'm here to help you. The importance of having the ability to run reports for both base price and adjusted price that show up in your interface. However, the report that displays the base price and adjusted price of your product and service items option is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Mike.

 

We see customer suggestions as opportunities to improve the various features of our products. Therefore, I encourage you to share your suggestions or recommendations for our products. Your valuable feedback will be sent to our Product Development team for review and will help us enhance your experience while using the program.

 

Here's how to send one:

 

  1. Select the Gear icon, then choose Feedback.
  2. Type in your comments or product suggestions.
  3. Click Next to submit.

 

Moreover, you can pull up the Product/Service List report. However, take note that this will only display the base sales price. You'll have to click the amount to view the adjusted price. Alternatively, you can open the price rule directly to view the adjusted price in QuickBooks Online.

First, thank you for your quick reply.  I sent the Feedback per the instructions you left for me.  I was VERY impressed with your response!  It was short, to the point, and so complete with instructions that following your recommendation was easy!  This forum may just have replaced the "Support" forum I currently use with QBO!  You are awesome!
