Question

Why have I been charged $70 for months now, after I cancelled the Self Employed version, and my 'free' trial of quickbooks online has ended, and there's no help?

Hi there, chaddrew36-gmail.

Let's ensure that you didn't mistakenly subscribe to QuickBooks Online so we can cancel it to avoid additional charges. Let's verify that by accessing QuickBooks Online:

  1. Log in to qbo.intuit.com.
  2. If you're prompted to the Billing & Subscription the moment you're logged in, that means it was successfully ended. If not, we can go to the Gear icon at the upper-right.
  3. Select Account and settings.
  4. From the left menu, click Billing & Subscription.
  5. Under QuickBooks Online, check if a status indicates TRIAL EXPIRED

I'd also suggest if you can look into the description of your bank statement. You can also get in touch with our Phone Support Team so they can help you handle your subscriptions. To ensure that we address your concern immediately, you can check out our support hours.
