Why is a report that I shared with ALL not showing up in the other user's Reports?

Hi, Shirlene. I can share some insights why this happens.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) gives other users access to shared reports depending on the role access rights set by the primary admin. The reports shared to all users not appearing on their Reports page may be due to their access restrictions. I recommend reviewing their user role access. Here's how:

  1. Sign in as a Primary admin to your QBO account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Select Manage users
  4. Choose the user you want to review the access and select Edit.
  5. Review their Custom access to roles.
  6. Hit Save.

You can refer to this article for additional reference on user roles and access permissions: User roles and access rights in QuickBooks Online

I'm also adding additional resources in case you might want to check out some ways to customize reports to get valuable insights: Common custom reports in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you have further updates or concerns about managing user role access in QBO. Take care.
