Why is it asking me to resubscribe when I already have a subscription, billed monthly, for $25? The $25 option doesnt come up as option when it asks me to resubscribe?

It's possible that we have to confirm your billing information, renotahoebrewery.

 

We can review your billing info if it has the correct billing details. Once you have confirmed your billing information, and you're still promoted to resubscribe, we can perform a few browser troubleshooting steps to refresh the software. There are also times that stored cache files within the regular browser can cause unexpected behavior within QuickBooks.

 

First, log in to QuickBooks Self-Employed using a private browser. If you're not prompted to resubscribe, let's further verify your billing details.

  1. Click the Gear icon at the upper-right. 
  2. Select Billing info.
  3. Click View options and verify your billing information. 

If everything looks fine as expected, go back to the main browser to clear the cache. You can also use other browsers since they have different cache folders where hey store temporary internet files.
