Question

Why is it that after intuit takes my money for upgrading to online and they accept a call or two that the suddenly disappear? No way to speak to a human anymore.

Thank you for posting in the Community. You can speak to one of our representatives by requesting a callback. This new feature is designed to be an easier and faster way for customers to contact support. 

 

  1. Go to the Help icon, then click the Contact Us button. 
  2. Enter the details of your issue, then proceed with Next
  3. Choose either Get a call or Get the number
  4. You also have the option to click Message an agent if you want a chat agent instead.
