Why is Melio importing vendors into my QBO with a period at the end and importing attachments without my permission

at 4am and 2am Melio allows vendors to import themselves into my QBO and attach invoices as well into my QBO, we already have these vendors and so it creates the name again with a period at the end and imports old invoices into our system, this is creating a major mess. We have to delete all the bills and vendor again and again.

I'll ensure you get the help you need as to why Melio is importing into QBO, abookkeeper1.

 

QuickBooks Online is dependent on the information sent to us by Melio. Since it's importing vendors and attaching invoices themselves, I suggest reaching out to Melio support. They'll be able to help you figure out what's causing this issue. 

 

I am also adding this article so you'll know how to remove or void an invoice or transactions that were already recorded in QBO: Void or delete transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Melio in fact does not have a solution either. It's been weeks trying to get their "tech team" to come up with an answer. 

The fact that they allow other Melio vendors to be able to import is absolutely wrong! To be able to import pdfs and bills into our system.
