Your QuickBooks Online account may be on hold for a variety of reasons. Due to insufficient funds or a requirement to update card details. If your personal or business information changes, you'll need to update it in QuickBooks so everything stays up to date.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙, then Account and settings.
  3. Select Billing & Subscription.
  4. Next to your payment method, click the Edit pencil icon.
  5. This will launch the Wallet list. You can review everything and make the necessary changes.
  6. After saving, the payment method will be displayed on the Billing & Subscription page.

 

If the issue persists, I suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Online Support. They have the tools to access your account and look into the reason why it is on hold.
