Why is my QB app no longer tracking my milage?

My app was working just fine. I have all my setting correct and it just suddenly stopped tracking my milage. I still get the alert that auto-tracking is in, but nothing actually tracks.

Currently, we've received similar cases about mileage tracking in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team to be added to the affected users list and receive email updates on the investigation. Please include investigation number INV-112427 to expedite the process.

 

Here's how.

 

  1. Go to the (?) Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern.
  4. Click on I still need a human.
  5. Tap Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose to Get a callback.

 

In the meantime, we'll have to record the trips manually.

Thank you.  Those steps were not working, but I think it is because chat was closed.  I will try again tomorrow.

The Quickbook milage tracker does not work consistently.  Have to manually enter trips often.  QB acknowledges an issue but not update on when fix will occur.
