Why is my self-employed login not working?

After entering my credentials, I get stuck with the words "signing in...". I tried clearing caches and incognito mode. I tried restarting my computer and using a different browser. I also tried using the app. I didn't want to verify by phone so I clicked "verify a different way". This just took me to quickbooks support online. A couple of months ago I couldn't create new invoices. Why is using this service such a pain??

I can help you with logging in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.

 

Since you've already tried using an incognito page, clearing your browser's cache, and using a different browser, I suggest resetting your password for QuickBooks Self-Employed to recover your account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the QuickBooks Self-Employed sign-in page.
  2. Click the Forgot your user ID or password link.
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to recover your account.

In case you're still having trouble logging in to the account, I'd suggest calling our Customer Care Team by using our QuickBooks Self-Employed sample account. They can check your account in a secure environment and verify why you can't log in to the account and help you resolve it.

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. Go to the Assistant menu from the top bar.
  2. Enter Talk to a human and select I still need a human.
  3. You'll now be provided with support options that are available at that time.
