Question

Why is my subscription suspended? I just paid $50 to see if it would work and it isn’t.

I’m not able to use my quickbooks.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Allow me to fix the suspended subscription.


The common reason why an account is suspended is that there's a problem with the payment method. You'll want to update it to continue using the service. 

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
  2. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
  3. Next to your payment method, select Edit (Pencil icon).
  4. Make sure to save it.

 

Also, you'll want to reach out to our Support Team so they can review your account and see what's causing the suspension.

  1. Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
  2. When asked by the bot, enter "Subscription Inquiry".
  3. Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
  4. Choose either Chat or Callback.
