Why is my vendor list empty on my phone app when I go to enter expenses. When I go to desktop computer the vendors are there?

Moreover, I recommend clearing the application data of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) app. This process will reset the app to its original state, eliminating any potential issues caused by outdated or corrupted data and ensuring your QBO app functions smoothly. For iOS:

1. Go to Settings, then select General.
2. Choose iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
3. Then select Offload App.
