"Why is not available the Employers 941 2 Quarterly tax return report"

The Q2 2020 Form 941 is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online. The IRS is still preparing to ensure it's accuracy, and it will be available once the preparation is complete. Rest assured that our product team is working with its best to release it as soon as possible.
