Hi, @momshescleanersl.

I can share insights on why the Scrutinize app is connected to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

Scrutinize is a third-party app that can be connected to QuickBooks Online (QBO) to efficiently assess and analyze your financial data. It is a commonly used tool by bookkeepers and accountants to ensure that your financial reviews and reports are accurate and reflective of the latest data available from your QBO records.

It's possible that another user integrated this app into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. I suggest consulting with the user to confirm if the app should be integrated with your account. To know the user who added this app, you can check the Audit log and review the date when you first noticed the app was connected to your account. Here's how to do it:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Audit log from the Tools menu.
  3. From the Date changed dropdown list, select the time you started noticing the app.

In case you encounter third-party app issues in the future, you can refer to this article as a guide in managing your apps: Fix connected app issues in QuickBooks Online.
