You should be able to have the Add Vehicle dropdown button if you categorize the transaction as Gas and Fuel. Since the issue persists after your troubleshooting efforts, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Care. They are equipped with the necessary tools to review your account and determine the underlying cause of your issue. To reach them, you can follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your QBSE account.
- Click the Assistant button at the top.
- Type Contact Support in the chat box
- You'll now be provided with support options that are available at that time.

I was able to resolve this issue on my own. For anyone else having this issue I just ended up trying to a another vehicle under my "Manage Vehicles" section. Once I did that the "Vehicle" dropdown menu magically appeared. It seems like there are some bugs with the QBSE platform.
I then just set my original vehicle as in-active.
