Why the name of the property is not showing on the report when i do a journal entry, even though i put a property's name under the name field

Allow me to add some insights on why names use on journal entries are not showing up on reports. 

Let's make sure to put a checkmark on the Name field. This way, it will show up in the journal entry report.

Here's how:

1. Go to Reports on the left panel, then select the report you're working on.
2. Click on Customize. 
3. Under Customize report, click the drop-down Row/Column. 
4. Mark the boxes for Name. 
5. Click  Run report. 
    

Aside from that, there are times your browser is not well configured and causes problems. This is why you're unable to log in using Chrome. To access QuickBooks Online, you can use Safari or Mozilla Firefox browser. 

You can log in to QuickBooks using an incognito window. Simply open Google Chrome. Press Ctrl+Shft+N simultaneously to open a private method.
