Why when I log in it continues to say "Fetching Data".?

Issues like this are usually caused by system performance. Your historical cache may have been stocked to your browser due to browsing multiple websites. Thus. I recommend you perform browser troubleshooting to rectify this one and enable you to proceed with your business tasks.

 

In this manner, we can eliminate common errors in your company file. To start, please open your browser's private window. It isolates the cache that commonly causes a browser's unusual behavior.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N

  • Safari: press Command Shift +N
