Why won't an account show on my Profit and Loss by Month report? How do I fix it?Thank you!!!!!!!!

Hi,

 

I'm here to share details about running the Profit and loss report.

 

The Profit and Loss report in QuickBooks Online displays detailed information of all your income and expense transactions for a certain period.

 

If the transactions don't show on the report, it's possible there's no transaction on the account for that period. You can verify this by running the Transaction Detail by Account..

 

Let me walk you through the steps:

 

  1. Click the Reports tab.
  2. Enter and select  Transaction Detail by Account.
  3. Modify the reporting period to a specific month.
  4. Click Run report.
