I'm here to help you get this resolved, @LeeAnne19.

To assist you better, we want to ask what specific error you encounter when switching between companies in your QuickBooks Online account. It will also significantly help us if you provide a screenshot.

In the meantime, I suggest performing browser troubleshooting options, as this may be a browser-induced issue. We can start with accessing your QuickBooks Online account through your browser's Incognito Mode.

For Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge / Opera:

  • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mac: Command ⌘ + Shift + N

For Firefox:

  • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Mac: Command ⌘ + Shift + P

For Safari:

  • Shift + Command ⌘ + N

If this works, you can clear your browser's cache. However, if you encounter the same issue, I recommend using another supported browser or device.

For now, I'll add this article as a reference for checking the system requirements for QBO to run efficiently: System requirements for QuickBooks Online, Accountant, Payroll, and QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Please don't hesitate to update us on your issue in switching between companies in QBO. Our Community is always available to help you.
