I've come to help provide information when managing your QuickBooks subscriptions, Arie.

In QuickBooks Online, each company file you create has its own paid subscription. Thus, consolidating two individual subscriptions into a single payment isn't applicable.

However, if you have multiple companies under separate Intuit accounts, I'll include this resource to move them all into one file: Create or add another company file to QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, you can utilize this reference to guide you whenever you require specific account changes in your company file: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.

I'll keep in touch through this thread if there's anything else you need further assistance with when managing account subscriptions. Keep safe and have a great day ahead.
