How can I delete choices from the drill down menu of Customer Type? Thanks in advance

The ability to delete customer types isn't available. However, you can make the customer types inactive by clicking on Sales > Customers > Customer types > click on the drop-down arrow next to the customer type and click on Make inactive. I can see the benefit of having this function for your receipts and I encourage you to send feedback about this to our engineers. You can send feedback by clicking on the Gear icon and looking for Feedback. New product ideas and improvements are based on the feedback we get from users like you.
