Question

2. Suncorp Bank Feed most times does not update.!

Original commenter did not share additional details

Hi judy48,

I'm sorry to hear that. Are you using a token code to access your Suncorp Bank account or a standard username and password?

With the token code, this does need to be entered each time you update the feed as it replaces the saved password.

If you're still experiencing issues please contact the Support Team and one of our experts will be happy to investigate this for you.

Thanks,

Rebecca
