Question

Account information correct with bank but not on quickbboks. Have connected and disconnected feeds several times without success. Any Ideas?

Hi usertreasurer, 

 

Thank you for reaching out. Are you referring to the Balance in QuickBooks being incorrect or also the Bank Balance as shown in the Banking tab? 

 

If just the QBO balance is incorrect, this can be because transactions have been added to the account, in addition to the transactions fed in from the bank.

 

To review this, navigate to the Chart of Accounts and select Account History. Any transaction that has a green square icon has been fed in the from the bank feed.
